NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the law of Kenya to the owners of items listed hereunder to take delivery of the said items which are at Gurjas Limited, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and costs of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner(s); (1) Nontainer No. TR14906807, (2) Container No. CBHU 808288, (3) Trailer Reg.
