REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hezekia Njibu Mbugua, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Laikipia/Nyahururu/12981, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost/misplaced, and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
