REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Maina Mwangi (ID/11261059), is the proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.055 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, known as Laikipia Nanyuki Marura Block 1/1108 (Ichuga), and whereas sufficient evidence has been edduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said piece of land is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed and reconstruct the lost land register (green card) as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
