IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 16 (2) and para. 2 of the Fourth Schedule of the Science, Technology and Innovation Act, and section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry appoints— NTOROS BAARI OLE SENTEU to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Forestry Research Institute, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 21st July, 2023.
