APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, appoint— Josephine Erigae, Lucas Chepkitony, Maryan Ubah Mohamed, Andrew Muiya Mbithi, as members of the Board of Directors of the Water Sector Trust Fund, with effect from the 21st July, 2023 up to 4th July, 2025. The appointments* of Mary Wambui (Dr.), Mbatia Kimani, Kevin O. Opiyo, Musa Ndeto and Fred Odhiambo Josiah are revoked. Dated the 18th July, 2023.
