TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2023 By (1) Jacinta Wangithi Wanjohi and (2) Janet Wanjiru Mutuku, both of P.O. Box 27–80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugo Njoka Kirani, who died at Hongwe Location, on 26th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Ndungi Kilunda and (2) Bernard Mutua Kilunda, both of P.O. Box 89–80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Kilunda Nzau, who died at Hongwe Location, on 27th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
