TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By James Thufi Kamau, of P.O. Box 100–80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Wanjiku Kamau, who died at Hongwe Location, on 10th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2023 By (1) Christine Moraa Guto and (2) Tabitha Muthoni Muiruri, both of P.O. Box 21–80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muiruri Chuchu, who died at Mpeketoni Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 17th April, 2023.
