TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By (1) Ndune Eba Mfuko and (2) Mwambaji Heba Vuko, both of P.O. Box 3392—80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Heba Mvuko Heba, who died at Rabai/Jimba Village, on 17th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By Charles Chigunda Jira, of P.O. Box 85750–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jira Dima Haro, who died at Kizingo, Kilifi, on 26th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
