TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 104 OF 2022 By Stephen Wasonga Odondi, of P.O. Box 124–40404, Rongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zilpah Okech Oduogo alias Zilph Okech Oduogo, who died at Yiro East Sub-location, on 27th March, 1996. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2023 By (1) Anjelina Atieno Ngoje and (2) Joshua Otieno Ngoje, both of P.O. Box 18, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngoje Buong’ alias Jared Ngoje Buong, who died at Kanyadieto, Migori, on 29th November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
