E18 OF 2023 By Josphine Manduu Ngoku, of P.O. Box 260, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Ng’oku Ndeto alias Japheth Ngoku Ndeto, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 5th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2023 By Victoria Kambua Maluku and (2) Felistus Nthenya Musyoka, both of P.O. Box 44166–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emanuel Musyoka Mbulo, who died at Kalongo, on 4th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
