TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th June, 2023 CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2023 By Martin Wachira Gachuhi, of P.O. Box 12221, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Machira, who died at Nyeri, on 20th June, 1970. CAUSE NO. 152 OF 2023 By Rose Wambui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1572–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mwangi Kaiguri alias Mwangi Kaiguri alias Simon Mwangi s/o Kaiguri, who died on 21st May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
