E85 OF 2023 By Tabitha Shali Mwakudua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jocktan Fredrick Mwakuuda Mnyambo, who died at Kilifi, on 2nd August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E194 OF 2023 By Jackson Katana Charo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Charo Kombe, who died at Chakama, Kilifi, on 7th January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
