TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2022 By (1) Charles Kitsao Konde and (2) Charo Kitsao Konde, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dama Kitsao Konde alias Dama Kitsao, who died at Mariakani Sub- County Hospital in Kenya, on 27th May, 2019. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By (1) Mariamu Saidi Ndegwa and (2) Faida Mwandenge Kamoti, the deceaesd’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngati Ndegwa Ngati, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
