TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2022 By Francis Lottee Lotekeu, of P.O. Box 54–30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Chelang’at Francis, who died at Kapenguria County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By Motonyei Pillian Stephen, of P.O. Box 1–30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyangareng Bulilon Nyangusio, who died at Kapsurum Sub-location, on 19th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
