TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Chepkemoi Turgut, (2) Ruth Chepkemoi Turgut and (3) Rebecca Cheptonui Ngasura, all of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Turgut, who died at Tanwek Hospital in Kenya, on 6th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2023 By Richard Kipkoech Korir, of P.O. Box 147–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Selly Chepkemoi Maina, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 8th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
