Box 209–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Suter arap Kipchangelat alias Suter Kipchangelat, who died at Keiyo, Elgeyo Marakwet, on 29th June, 1998. Box 472–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony Lobira Cheptoo alias Chepkwony Lebira, who died at Kamanin Sub-location, on 2nd April, 2000.
