CAUSE NO. 93 OF 2023 By Eunice Atieno Nyanga, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Okech Ongudi, who died on 15th July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2023 By Jenifa Oliech Anuro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anuro Ondiwa, who died on 18th August, 1999. THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th June, 2023 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
