TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Odero Alolo, (2) Lona Anyango Owino and (3) Jack Osida Alolo, all of P.O. Box 44, Katito in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Alolo Amuomo alias James Alolo, who died at Agoro West, on 6th August, 1977. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2023 By William Ouma Jowech, of P.O. Box 42, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jowech Kinda, who died at Kabodho East, on 8th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Akinyi Otieno, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Onyuro Nyaloo, who died on 20th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. 130 OF 2023 By Jekonia Mbata Nyaloo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zackayo Ochieng, who died on 11th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. 135 OF 2023 By Jane Atieno Juma, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Juma Achungo, who died on 2nd September, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
