TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2023 By Maxmilla Adda Oganga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Oganga Olang’, who died at Karapul Sub-location, on 12th August, 1999. CAUSE NO. E194 OF 2023 By Francis Abwao, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opondo Ombwewa, who died at Ulamba Sub-location, on 9th August, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
