TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2022 By Peter Chepkurui Kapsoot, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Cherotich Chepkurui, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 10th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By Khamisi Waswa Wafula Walyaulah, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Waswa Kimungui, who died at Chemses, on 10th March, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
