TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By Samwel Wanyama Mwangala, of P.O. Box 558, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Wasike Timona, who died on 5th November, 2015. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By Joseph Wanjala Wasilwa, of P.O. Box 70, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wekesa Wasilwa, who died at Nabiswa Sub-location. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By Christabel Nasenya Wesonga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obadiah Shitakha Ligare, who died at Kimbilio Hospice Hospital in Kenya, on 11th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
