TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 309 OF 2022 By Nedi Vihenda Alego, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Alego Makiya, who died at Emanda Sub-location, on 17th January, 2009. CAUSE NO. 218 OF 2023 By Reuben Kisanya Anzigale, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asigale Kisanya alias Anzigale Kisanya, who died at Chambiti Sub-location, on 25th November, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
