TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 16th June, 2023 CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2023 By Onesmus Muthusi Musyoko, of P.O. Box 5–90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoka Musyoko Nzibi, who died at Kaluluini, on 5th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2023 By Telesia Athyambo Isaac, of P.O. Box 292–90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Ochieng Odode alias Ochieng Odode, who died at Ithekethini, on 3rd December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
