TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 107 OF 2022 By (1) Grace Gathoni and (2) Flaviana Nduta Kariene, both of P.O. Box 167, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughter-in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Goko Ikanya, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 18th March, 2008. CAUSE NO. 137 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Wambari Kamau and (2) Gideon Wang’ombe Kamau, both of P.O. Box 37–00223, Kagwe in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamau Gatukui, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 30th October, 2008. CAUSE NO. 140 OF 2022 By (1) Teresia Muthithi Mbugua and David Muigai Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 998, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Muiruri alias Pharis Mbugua Muiruri alias Phares Mbugua Muiruri, who died at Kimathi, Githunguri, on 29th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2023 By (1) Lilian Wanjiku Muya and (2) Gorret Muthoni Thairu, both of P.O. Box 107–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeri Pauline Mbugua alias Njeri Mbugua, who died at Lioki Sub-location, on 10th June, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
