Wanjiru Kiai and (3) Angela Muthoni Kiai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kiai Muriuki, who died at Nairobi, on 7th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2022 By (1) Winnie Wanjiru Gaitho and (2) Ruth Mwihaki Gaitho, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bigirimana Christophe, who died at Gatong’ora, on 31st July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2023 By (1) Albert Muturi Muthoni and (2) Charles Njoroge Muturi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rachel Muthoni Muturi, who died at Firenze Nursing Home, on 20th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
