TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 59 OF 2023 By Sammy Kadenge Thoya, of P.O. Box 1, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadenge Toya Magadi, who died at Kakuyuni, on 14th September, 2011. CAUSE NO. 65 OF 2023 By (1) Shida Mwinga Mbuzi and (2) Fikiri Joshua Mwinga, both of P.O. Box 235–80200, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dama Kibaruwa Zunzuma, who died at Dodoma, Gongoni, on 18th August, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
