TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 82 OF 2023 By (1) John Maiyo and (2) Musa Maiyo, both of P.O. Box 3018– 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. A. K. Chepkong’a & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Toiyoi Chemoit, who died on 8th June, 1991. CAUSE NO. 89 OF 2023 By Sharon Jepchumba, of P.O. Box 37, Moi University in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Jelagat Kurgat, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 27th September, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
