TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E272 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Otieno Amara, (2) James Arambe Amara and (3) Daniel Otieno Chiange, all of P.O. Box 113, Rapogi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opapa Chiange alias Opapa s/o Chiange, who died at Central Kanyamkago Location, on 19th August, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
