CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2023 By Beatrice Akinyi Sero, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ojwang Sero, who died on 7th July, 1996. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2023 By (1) Wilfrida Oluoch Owino and (2) David Ochola Owino, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Owino Ogal, who died on 8th March, 2002.
