TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Adiambo Banja and (2) David Onyango Ouko, the deceased’s widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sifanus Ouko Banja, who died on 6th April, 2007. CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2023 By (1) Paul Odipo Chuchu and (2) Samson Odhiambo Chuchu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nason Chuchu Odipo alias Chuchu Odipo, who died on 13th February, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
