CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2023 By Erick Oduor Amuga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pascal Amuga Opondo, who died at Kadenge Sub-location, on 1st June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2023 By George Ahalo Okoth, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Ndinya Ongiri alias Bernadus Ndinya Ongiri, who died at Nyangoma, Kogelo Sub- location, on 20th September, 1993.
