TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2018 TO BE CONSOLIDATED WITH CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2021 By (1) James Githuka Mbogo and (2) Lawrence Mbugua Mbogo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbogo Mararu alias Mbogo Mararo, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 29th April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
