E5 OF 2022 By Salome Mwari, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Impwi Thabuari alias Alexander Kaberia Thabuari alias M’Impui Thabuari, who died at Mutuati Sub-distict Hospital in Kenya, on 25th December, 2011. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2023 By Stanley Mwongera, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon M’Barungu M’Kuura alias M’Barungu Kuura, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 31st August, 2009. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2023 By Stephen Gitonga Gicuru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi M’Ekotha Mungi, who died at Kalingene, on 10th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2023 By Nahason Gitonga M’Ithibutu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ithibutu M’Barutua, who died at Kithare, on 12th September, 1992.
