TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 16th June, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 227 OF 2022 By (1) Paustina Nafula Masinde and (2) Ridar Makokha Okello, both of P.O. Box 1044–50200, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonphanty Masinde Mareba, who died at Bumula Sub-County, on 16th November, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
