TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2023 By (1) Barack Saore Ogiaga and (2) Wilfrida Anyango Saoke, both of P.O. Box 307–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Saoke Ogiaga, who died at St. Leonards Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd February, 1998. CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2023 By Hezbone Omwandho Okello, of P.O. Box 3622–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okello Ochuka, who died on 20th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E247 OF 2023 By Arthur Joseph Kisia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kisia Harrun Mugirwa, who died at Lwanda Sub-location, on 19th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
