TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 33 OF 2023 By (1) Mati Mwachai Mwakidzungu and (2) Khamis Mwachai Mwachidzungu, both of P.O. Box 28–80122, Kisauni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwachai Mwakidzungu Mwasaad, who died at Mwakirunge, on 22nd October, 2012. CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2023 By (1) Dorah Darlene Anyango and (2) Michael Owuoth Odeny, both of P.O. Box 1294–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Odeny Owuoth, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 14th September, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
