CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2023 By (1) Tukero ole Kina and (2) Cathrine Mwikali Muthuka, for a grant of probate of written will of the estate of Moir Dolnald Henry Stanley, who died at Malindi, on 11th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2023 By Franzini Amelia, for a grant of probate of written will of the estate of Sergio Costariol, who died at Rome, Italy, on 27th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
