TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2022 By (1) John Otieno Murama and (2) John Ochieng Maricus, both of P.O. Box 691, Suna-Migori in Kenua the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murama Tharoge alias Marama, who died at Suna- Nyabisawa Location, on 14th June, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
