TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2022 By (1) Lekoyiet Suzanne Tapapul and (2) Sorensen Jesper Tue, the deceased’s widow and business partner, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sindrup Per Hein alias Hein Per Sindrup, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By (1) Kipipa ene Kurma and (2) David Rokoi Kurma, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nkuruma ole Siolorr, who died at Kisamis, on 1st August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Nchomo Mula and (2) Joyce Nkini Mula, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mula ole Likam Shangwa, who died on 16th October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2023 By (1) Alice Wairimu Kashoka and (2) Ambassador Peter ole Nkuraiya, the executrix and executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Samson Kashoka, who died at St. Mary Health Centre, on 22nd November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2023 By (1) Tumpeine Kamwana Kisekenywa and (2) Ntitanian ole Mishiye, the deceased’s widow and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamwana ole Kisagenywa alias Kamwana ole Kisangenywa, who died at Kiboko Sub-location, on 23rd October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
