TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2023 By Ngigi Gathara, of P.O. Box 266, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathara Kanyingi Gathara, who died on 5th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2023 By (1) Marion Cherotich Chumo and (2) Derick Chesaro Kulei, both of P.O. Box 15406–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s child and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stella Jepkoech Kulei, who died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 19th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
