TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2022 By (1) Priscilla Gakii Mbutura, (2) Martin Mwenda Mbutura and (3) Carol Gatwiri Mbutura alias Caroline Gatwiti Mbutura, all of P.O. Box 65062–00618, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Tripleoklaw, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate with will to the estate of John Gatimu Nfatali Kirai alias John Gatumo Mbutura, late of Garden Estate, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 25th April, 2021.
