TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2022 By Moses Ouma Ochieng, of P.O. Box 137, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kefa Okeyo, who died on 12th December, 1996. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2022 By Peter Onyango Ndara, of P.O. Box 137, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndara Okothi, who died on 24th April, 1981. CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2022 By Rose Aoko Okech, of P.O. Box 137, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased’s grand-daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Wanda alias Ochieng Wahanda, who died on 4th March, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 8th December, 2022.
