TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2022 By (10 Caren Nyaboke Osoro and (2) Hastings Asiago Osoro, both of P.O. Box 162, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Osoro Rogito, who died at Raitigo, on 12th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2023 By Bethuel Oginda Omoke, of P.O. Box 65–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustine Onyango Omoke, who died at Keginga, on 9th September, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
