TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 111 OF 2023 By Thomas Obare Obiri, of P.O. Box 1, Kenyenye in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obiri Obare, who died at Machoge Borabu Location, on 1st May, 2004. CAUSE NO. 114 OF 2023 By Isaac Onchieku Moenga, of P.O. Box 2–40204, Ogembo in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alpazard Onchieku Moenga, who died on 20th August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
