TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2023 By James Kiche Kuni, of P.O. Box 34, Ndhiwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magdalina Adero alias Magdalina Odero, who died on 17th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2023 By Erick Otieno Otieno, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Othoro Atieno, who died on 15th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2023 By Samwel Otieno Owuor, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wasamo Amala, who died on 12th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
