CAUSE NO. 49 OF 2023 By Joseph Otieno Amolo, of P.O. Box 55, Kandienge in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndani Okumu alias Anderikus, who died at Kamuga, on 16th April, 1984. CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2023 By Azibeta Minayo Mutundu, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Madede Kisieza alias Joram Madede, who died at Igunga, on 3rd February, 1980. CAUSE NO. 96 OF 2023 By Julia Lung’azo Lusai, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Shiverenje Akala alias Shiverenge Akala, who died at Jivovoli Sub-location, on 11th December, 1979. CAUSE NO. 98 OF 2023 By Winstone Saisi Mangwarisai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timona Luban’ga Voyega, who died on 30th June, 2021.
