TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 76 OF 2023 By (1) John Njuguna Boro, (2) Sophia Wanjiru Boro and (3) Joseph Wangombe Muhuhu, all of P.O. Box 9, Githunguri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhuhu Mugweru, who died at Kiairia, on 3rd May, 2020. CAUSE NO. 77 OF 2023 By (1) Geoffrey Nganga Mburu and (2) Nancy Njeri Mburu, both of P.O. Box 83, Githunguri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Mburu Ng’ang’a, who died at Gitiha, Githunguri, on 15th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
