E7 OF 2023 By (1) Tom Ogallo Obade and (2) Vichalles Okumu Obade, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Obade Ogonda, who died on 17th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2023 By Eunice Akinyi Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 18, Miwani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Odhiambo Kirongo, who died at Obumba, on 2nd September, 1998. CAUSE NO. 208 OF 2023 By Josephine Alaro Onyango, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Mathews Oloo Sinawa alias Jarango, who died on 8th February, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette L.
