TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Agnes Omolo Owino and (2) Leonard Odhiambo Ongwayi, both of P.O. Box 118, Pap Onditi in Kenya the deceased’s daughter-in- law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Nyabondo Cheche alias Nyabondo Cheche, who died at Wasare, on 9th December, 1993. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2023 By Meltus Otieno Andala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andala Agango, who died on 29th September, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 2nd May, 2023.
