TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2022 By Richard Kinyosi, of P.O. Box 119, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khayuni Kwisia Mikwe alias Khayuni Okwisa, who died at Khalumuli Sub-location. CAUSE NO. 34 OF 2023 By (1) Musa Silungi Waya, (2) Fred Nyongesa Wanyama, (3) Daniel Simiyu Waya and (4) Daniel Khaemba Wambulwa, all of P.O. Box 119, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Waya Silungi, who died at Chetambe Location. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
